1. Who We Are
Grupo Rachel y David, S.A. sells roasted coffee beans grown on our own farm in Naranjo, Alajuela, Costa Rica. By placing an order on this site you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are shown in US Dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. An order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfill, for example when a harvest sells out.
3. Shipping
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
4. Product
Coffee is a natural agricultural product; minor variations in flavor between harvests are normal and part of what makes single-origin coffee special. Roast dates shown on the site indicate the most recent roasting run.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
