1. What We Collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, and shipping address — the minimum needed to roast, pack, and deliver your coffee and send you a receipt. If you join our harvest alerts list, we store your email address.
2. Payments
Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: https://stripe.com/privacy
3. How We Use Your Data
Order details are used solely to fulfill your purchase and provide order status. Harvest-alert emails are only sent when new coffee becomes available; every email includes a way to unsubscribe. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
4. Where It Lives
Order and subscriber data is stored with Supabase (our database provider) and Stripe (payments). Transactional email is delivered via Resend. Basic, anonymous site analytics are collected via Vercel Analytics.
5. Your Rights
You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us via the details on your order receipt.
